Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 3:06 PM

Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect your accounts and sensitive information. Follow the steps below to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for your account.

Pro tip: Before you start, make sure you have a multi-factor authentication app downloaded. For example, you can use Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phone, Android, and iOS, or Google Authenticator for Android and iOS. Once you have an authenticator app, here’s how to enable MFA for your PBISApps login:

  • Click Log In
  • Click on the App Navigator or your avatar in the upper right-hand corner
  • Select Manage Account

  • Click Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

  • Choose an Authentication App like Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator
  • Add PBISApps by scanning the QR code
  • Click Verify
  • Copy Backup codes and store them in a secure location such as a password manager application.
  • Click My codes have been copied or printed.
