In SWIS, you can enable the option to collect more than one behavior related to a referral. This information is available in the Referrals by Behavior report as well as in the Drill Down report.
In Referrals by Behavior:
From the list of report options, select Show Secondary Behaviors on the Graph, and generate the report. By selecting the reporting option to show secondary behaviors, the report you generate will display with primary behaviors displayed in green. Anytime the behavior was also selected as an additional behavior another bar displays in blue.
In Drill Down:
Once you've selected your report filters and generated your report, select Behavior from the Graph Type drop-down menu. Select the Show Secondary option. By selecting the reporting option to show secondary behaviors, the report you generate will display with primary behaviors displayed in green. Anytime the behavior was also selected as an additional behavior another bar displays in blue.
