SWIS, CICO-SWIS, I-SWIS, and EC-SWIS all share the same licensing agreement. Simply indicate your desired program(s) in the "Licensee desires access to" field on page 6. Don't forget to double-check that your signing Facilitator's certifications match up with the program(s) you’re licensing!
