Can I train my new schools if their account isn't activated?

While it is nice to be able to leave newly trained schools with their live accounts to enter referrals as soon as you complete Swift at SWIS training, an activated account shouldn't be the determining factor when scheduling a training date for new users. Our management and support team will activate a new account within two weeks from the date you send us your paperwork. If the account is not up and running in time for your Swift at SWIS training, it's alright. You have additional accounts you can use to complete your training from end to end.

Facilitators have access to two accounts for demonstration purposes:

Demo Account
This account demonstrates full functionality within SWIS, without the ability to save. The demo account provides a great place to generate sample reports as well as how to navigate the application.

Facilitator Training Account
Like the demo account, the facilitator training account provides full functionality within SWIS, however, it also includes the ability to save. The best part about this account is it gives new users a place to practice data entry without the worry they will impact their school's live account. The users you train can all log in at the same time to your facilitator account and practice together. At the end of the training, you can refresh the account to prepare for your next school.
