Can teachers enter referrals in SWIS?

Yes!
There are two access levels to choose from for entering referrals in SWIS.

Data Entry: Users with data entry access can add more than just referrals in SWIS. This user can generate reports, enter enrollment and days per month, add new students and staff to school rosters, and fix data integrity errors. SWIS facilitators can add data entry users to your account.

Referral Entry Only: This is the access level we added with teachers in mind. As referral entry-only users, teachers enter their own ODRs directly into the system and that's it. The rest of the data entered in SWIS remains confidential to this group of users. Any one with SWIS admin access to your SWIS account can add and invite new referral entry-only users directly within the application.
