Yes. CICO-SWIS is available to any school as a stand-alone option. If your school uses a different application to track office discipline referrals but has a need to track Tier 2 interventions, CICO-SWIS can be purchased separately.
and Purchasing CICO-SWIS without a SWIS subscription will eliminate the ODR data as a data point within the CICO-SWIS reports. Teams will have access to all data for each student's Check-In & Check-Out intervention minus their discipline data.
