How do I unenroll a student in CICO-SWIS?

When a student has transitioned out of the CICO intervention, it is important to unenroll the student within CICO-SWIS.

To unenroll a student from CICO-SWIS:

1. From the CICO Dashboard, locate the student’s name from the list of CICO Enrolled Students.
2. Select the student to unenroll.
3. Click the Unenroll button above the % Goal column in the list of enrolled students.
4. Select the student’s unenrollment date. Dates prior to today may be selected to accommodate times when the unenrollment date actually occurred earlier than today. Future dates cannot be selected.
5. Click Unenroll.

The student’s name will no longer appear on the list of enrolled students. Click the Unenrolled option from the list of filters in the CICO Enrolled Students section to display the student’s name.
