How do I change the number of expectations or periods defined in CICO-SWIS?

Any changes made to the number of expectations or periods defined will impact the overall data entry template for all students enrolled in CICO-SWIS. Users with CICO-Admin access to your school's CICO-SWIS account can make these kinds of changes to expectations and periods defined.

Note: If your modifications result in a change in the number of expectations or the number of check-in periods, the application will prompt you regarding any data you will lose as a result of the modification. If you are sure of your change, click OK.

To modify the number of periods for your school/facility:

In School Settings, click CICO under the application menu.

Click Define Period Groups & Expectations

Double-click the Start Date for the period group you'd like to modify.

From this window you can modify any of the information related to the period group: Period labels, number of periods defined, period order, etc.

When you've completed your modifications, click Save.

To modify the number of school-wide expectations for your school/facility:

In School Settings, click CICO under the application menu.

Click Define Period Groups & Expectations

Set the number of School-Wide Expectations. (Note: School expectations need to be between 3 and 5.)

Click Save.
